Relocation Guide

Real estate for sale in Flagler County offers home buyers some of the best property available on Florida’s east coast. Palm Coast, a young town that was just incorporated in 1999, has beautiful homes in all price ranges: Resales from around $150,000, new home inventory from $200,000, homes in gated communities on the intercoastal starting at $350,000, and oceanfront properties from $750,000. Flagler Beach tends to offer higher-end homes, while the more sparsely-populated Bunnell is the place to get large plots of land with few building restrictions. There are also a wide variety of condos available throughout the region, and remember that builders are giving lots of incentives right now!

For entertainment, Flagler County gives residents access to some wonderful attractions. Marineland, the country’s very first Oceanarium, is here. So are eleven excellent golf courses, some designed by top pros like Arnold Palmer. Flagler County has an excellent park system too, with many biking, hiking, and jogging trails. Ocala National Forest, Ravine Gardens State Park, and Tomoka State park all offer camping and sightseeing, and all of North Florida is an excellent place to fish and hunt. Finally, the entire area is about an hour from Jacksonville; there residents can find cultural attractions, exciting nightlife, fine dining, and lots of other big-city entertainment.
